We want you to love your Anothersole shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the soles show no signs of outdoor wear.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the shoes back in their original Anothersole box and secure them inside a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
